Forensic linguistics: A scientometric review

Forensic linguistics is a distinct field of study in the science language that places significant emphasis on observation usage our daily lives, including spoken and written language, listening, reading. This focus provides legal perspective for analysis language. Initially, forensic was confined to identification documents settings, police prison language; however, has expanded include speech detection, text plagiarism social media verbal violence security discrimination detection. In this study, we examined development through use knowledge maps. We conducted scientometric 6,490 triangulated from three major databases (Scopus, WOS, Lens) were published between 1936 2022. The measured using eight bibliometric indicators indicators, used CiteSpace 5.8.R3 VOSviewer 1.6.18 software packages create maps tabulations.
